Please post your questions, comments, and criticisms. Building web sites and internet marketing is in no way a small task. Even with all the free tools and services, there is still much to be done. So what to do next…

Where do I start?

For starters, see my articles on Choosing a Domain Name and look over my Basic Web Site Setup outline. As I get more articles and posts on each step, I will be filling in the links there and cross referencing all the files. Eventually, I want this web site to be THE place to go for all the free resources. We did it for free, why can’t you.

There is so much ground to cover, building a site is simple…once you do it a few times. There are actually hundreds (if not thousands) of little steps you take to achieve the final goal – a polished web site that visitors come back to and somehow makes you money. But before you even get started on a web site, there are several things you need to do and consider. I’ve written several articles on the subject, each covering different parts, some overlapping others. In an effort to keep things shorter, I am going to break down every step I take to build this web site, and will provide links that directly cross reference other articles.

QuickStart: Do Research, Get Hosting, and Setup WordPress!

Here’s a quick run over what needs to be done. First, you need to decide what the site is going to be about. Most people already have an idea of what they want, but keep an open mind for me. Do some research on what keywords are being used and how exactly you plan to make money. If you don’t understand that last line, browse my articles on Keyword Research and How To Make Money Online. Then you will need a decent host and domain name, see Choosing a Domain Name. Finally, you will need to install and set up WordPress, the tool of choice (my choice at least), to which i will refer you back to looking over my Basic Web Site Setup outline, where you will find an outline of all the steps I take to setup WordPress and more. So good luck, and see you at the next article, which ever that may be.

Free Article Submitter Instantly Gets You Quality 1-way Links!

While article submission isn’t anything shockingly new to the world of SEO, many people STILL don’t do it… and for good reason. It takes so incredibly long to do manually.

I’ll admit, I had tried article submission at one point, but after I finally found a few article directories to submit my articles to, and then after manually copying and pasting my information into the required text-boxes on each submission site, I quickly realized that my time could be better spent doing something else.

Then I came across a free program created by Brad Callen and Bryxen Software, Inc. that allows you to automatically submit your articles to hundreds of article directories with a few mouse clicks. Basically all I had to do was input my article criteria into the software, ONCE! Then, the program would automatically fill in all of the required data at each of the submission websites. Pretty incredible if you ask me.

The only part I didn’t understand was why the program is free…
but I can’t argue with that I suppose.

The software currently contains around 700 article directories, all free to submit your articles to. It is the most straightforward program that I’ve come across, in that all you need to do is:

1. Input your article details (i.e. title, article body, bio, etc.) into the software

2. Click on the directory you want to submit to

And then the program will automatically fill in your article details. Then, you simply click the submit button and your article is instantly submitted to the directory. Then, you can move to the next directory, go through the list, and by the time you’re finished you’ll have roughly 700 one way links pointing to your website.

I can’t think of an easier way to get links. Of course, if you’re going to get links this quickly, it’s important to submit different variations of your articles, to make things look more natural to the search engines.

You can do this very easily with Article Submitter when you create your project in the beginning.

The software is constantly being updated and their is an incredible community of users established that all work together to make the software better and better, so you know you’re getting great value for the money.

To check out the free software, go here:
Free Article Submitter and click the Article Submitter tab at the top.

P.S. Yes, those links redirect through an affiliate link and I get paid a small commission IF you choose to upgrade. The platinum upgrade enables submission to all directories at once with one click. Otherwise, click the “Article Submitter” tab at the above links, and even without the Platinum version, you’ll still save tons of time because you still get one-click submission for each directory, which I prefer anyway so I can tailor each submission when needed.
